Change is a part of every life. When people look for a psychologist, they often need support to create the change they want in their lives or adjust to changes beyond their control. In our work together, we will build a collaborative working relationship that responds to your needs and strengths– aligning you with the goals, values, and actions that will carry you through change. While we may spend some time understanding your past, our work will mainly be focused on building health in the present and moving you toward the future you want.

In our meetings, I will listen deeply and ask questions that can help us better understand connections and patterns in your life. I have a research background in pregnancy and infant loss. My work experience is in trauma informed practice, reflective supervision, consultation with caregivers, and individual therapy for adults and youth.

Creating and making room for change requires letting go of important things and embracing new ways of doing and being. The gap between old and new can be uncomfortable but is also full of possibility. I will provide a thoughtful space where we consider what has happened in your life, what you want now and how you can find your path forward.
