I offer virtual sessions to all Alberta residents! When clients come to therapy, I think what so many are searching for is hope. Hope that change is possible and that things won't be like this forever. Whether you are navigating grief, life transitions, divorce, depression, anxiety, trauma, past emotional neglect, dysfunctional family dynamics, relationship conflict, parenting challenges or a general feeling of dissatisfaction and emptiness in your life, my goal is to help you connect to hope and recognize that things do improve. I aim to be a lifeline for you as you face vulnerabilities, strong emotions and difficult obstacles.
I incorporate a variety of therapies, including emotionally focused therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to access and heal unresolved hurts and let go of shame. Throughout our work together you will gain a deeper understanding of the origins of your struggles and learn valuable skills to manage them in effective ways.
I want to thank you for taking the time to view my profile and consider including me in your journey. An essential ingredient to growth is a sense of safety and connection with the therapist, so I encourage you to reflect on how reading my profile sits with you.
