Empowering clients to enhance coping and move towards meaningful change. I am a clinical and forensic psychologist experienced in providing assessment and therapeutic services to individuals who present with a vast range of difficulties, from relatively mild psychosocial stressors to more acute forms of adversity. I see individuals from the general public, law enforcement, and individuals referred from different agencies such as schools, probation, CSC, law firms, and the courts. I provide individual and group therapy. My orientation is client-centered, non-judgmental and balanced, recognizing the value of human experience and resiliency.
Part of my specialization is psychological assessment, including: intelligence, memory, executive functioning, mood, personality, and psychopathology as well as risk assessment. I provide assessments for academic achievement, career aptitude, interests, and skills. And lastly, focused assessments can be completed with specific referral questions in mind, such as ADHD.
My background consists of graduate studies specializing in clinical and forensic psychology and 15 years of related work experience. Psychological services being offered include psychological assessment, individual and group therapy, as well as research and consulting for court purposes.
