I often work with clients who feel overwhelmed or stuck, like there are no options. They might feel misunderstood or unsupported in certain areas of their lives. They're often interested in bettering their lives. I work with adolescents, adults and older adults navigating life transitions, aging, illness and changing circumstances. Connecting back to a state of love, wholeness and centeredness is my hope for our work together; and that you feel understood.
I have an integrative style which draws upon multiple modalities for a person-centered approach to meet the client where they are. Whether it is the most pressing issue of the week, a past trauma, or just trying to figure out where they need to go from here, I'm happy to be there to support you in your journey of transformation, thriving and healing.
