With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field I am here to help you work through your concerns in a warm, caring and non-judgmental manner.
I specialize in working with children (including babies and toddlers), youth, parents and families. I use a strengths-based, attachment model to care. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving and Circle of Security.
