Using CBT and TF-CBT, I work with adults to address past/present challenges. I also use EMDR with adults who may have experienced historical and/or recent trauma. And, I work with all individuals who are living with depression, anxiety, family conflict/violence and and/or other life challenges.
I understand there are a lot of factors making life challenging. You have already started the journey to a better life. You have admitted something needs to change and you have shown you are brave enough to ask for help. I want to work with you, so you do not have to face these challenges alone.
