I help clients explore and process life challenges in a compassionate, safe, and non-judgemental way. I have training in many different therapeutic modalities so I can best tailor an approach to the unique needs of individuals but have focus in CBT, DBT, Trauma Focus, ACT and self-compassion work. I also have an emotional support dog in my sessions!

I am passionate about helping individuals ages 18 and up recognize their own resilience to become their best self. I believe everyone is resilient and has strengths within them to thrive and succeed. I feel honoured to work with people in their journey, and believe my ability to connect quickly, and my skill set can assist us in making progress together.
