Accepting new clients September 2024. Throughout the course of my career, I have grown and strengthened my appreciation for a holistic treatment approach, understanding that the obstacles to health are often multi-faceted. My goal in therapy is to help individuals get back to living their most valued lives, whatever that may look like. As a therapist, my aim is to support clients who are experiencing any combination of stress, anxiety, depression, life adjustment challenges and/or relationship issues.
I am experienced in using techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Behavioural Activation (BA), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have worked with adults who have presented with a wide variety of mental and physical health concerns, often in combination.
