My practice provides psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited anxiety, depression, anger, stress, grief, ADHD, relationship issues, and racial trauma. Specializing in children, youth, families, anxiety, depression, racial trauma, and relationships, I practice from a warm, non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
