I am EMDR Certified Therapist (EMDRIA), Reg. Psychotherapist (ON) and Reg. Social Worker (ON) with an academic background in law, clinical social work, mental health and trauma specialized training. I provide counseling and therapy services in different categories of concern, which may include traumatic life experiences, complex post-traumatic stress, developmental trauma, workplace trauma and managing life-work changes and transitions.
My style is direct, interactive and solution oriented. While I am trained in several psychotherapeutic modalities, my primary modality is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and Deep Brain Reorienting as these modalities provide my clients with the fastest results.
I have worked with diverse professionals including First Responders, professionals from Toronto legal community, including legal professionals from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. I co-lead residential programs on Trauma Resiliency and Dealing with PTSD in relationships with first responders and their spouses. My availability is limited.
