I am Dr. Estay with 40+ years of experiencing serving individuals in the province of Alberta to reach their potential and find balance in their lives. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I have vast experience in Counseling and Rehabilitation Psychology. I am an active member of an international coalition of 120 professionals- Inner Health Coalition- with the intention of sharing experiences and best practices in creating wellness and balance in individuals.
I have vast experience with families, individuals and I have delivered extensive individual and group programs in the areas of empowerment, wellness, peak performance and self esteem.
