My ideal clients are interested in NLP, unwiring limiting beliefs or learning how to address inner childhood wounds. Combining Frequency Healing, Strategic Intervention Coaching and Inner Child Trauma Spotting, we clear generational trauma, and any emotions being trapped and expressed as physical pain.
I'm a Life Coach, previously a teacher, combining Reiki and Sound Healing in client sessions. I connect to client energy in a safely held container allowing them to release any heavy emotional trauma and empower them to understand it, giving tools to provide self-administered treatments in the future. My goal is to be the last therapist they need to see.
Having been a PTSD Trauma Survivor and Highly Sensitive individual with a background in Education, I understand what feels like having the weight of the world press down on you. I enjoy connecting and teaching the tools that I know proved highly effective and sustainable to carry with you for life.
