I'm Sabine Fischer, the founder of Integra Skills Counselling. We are a client-centered therapy clinic based in Cobourg with in-person and virtual therapy options. We offer couples, family, or individual/one-to-one therapy. People come to Integra when they want to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, relationship issues, grief, anger, and difficult life transitions. Each therapist here will offer a unique treatment plan that will be sensitive to your specific needs. As therapists, we have witnessed that people can change and heal, and we can support you in regaining hope and motivation for a better life.
