I provide supervision integrating neuroscience and psychodynamic tx with all other modalities.
I utilize emotional, relational, and brain-based insight-oriented therapies to support mind, body, and spirit as you journey through life transitions, grief, loss, anxiety, trauma (vicarious and moral injury), or depression. Introspection, self-reflection, and the exploration of experiences and feelings are not easy, but you don't have to do it alone.
In our work together we can explore the roots of your stress, burn-out, interpersonal struggles, anxiety, or feelings of inadequacy. From the comfort of your home, you can discuss your fears, stressors, and hopes as I holistically guide you toward more psychological balance and well-being.
