Quite often, a combination of techniques offers the best outcome. I have applied Emotional Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Based Techniques and Cognitive Therapy to help many people heal. I have seen how Hypnosis and Body Focused therapies have been powerful in bringing clarity and accelerating change.
