Do you feel lost? Unseen? Have been “surviving” and not thriving? Or, feel that you have been taking care of so many others’ needs for so long you are unable to identify what YOU need, want, or even who you are? I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is here to help. Women specific matters, healing from complex trauma, struggling with emotionally regulating, or self-soothing with maladaptive behaviors (alcohol, gambling, relationships); I am here. I am passionate to work with both couples and individually and I have facilitating both relationship repairs and mediated uncoupling.
I provide a comfortable, informal atmosphere allowing for you to feel as safe as possible. I currently subscribe to a number of conventional therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, ART, Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, in addition to Astro-Psychology, energy healing and intuition work at your request.
