I am passionate about providing my clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to work through the issues that are standing in the way of living the life they want. I work with issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions and struggles with self-worth. With a collaborative and holistic approach, I support people to develop the skills required to address their individual challenges, building their sense of personal strength and improving their well-being.
I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed perspective with a variety of therapeutic modalities. Sessions will be warm and compassionate, and depending on what suits you best, we may explore issues through mindfulness, Parts Work (IFS) and/or cognitive based therapies. Together, we will focus on developing the tools and skills to support and empower you.
