**Accepting New Clients** Welcome! I am a Jennifer, an art therapist and a certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) who lives on Haida Gwaii, British Columbia. I work with children and youth as a school counsellor and have recently opened Inner Balance Counselling and Art Therapy. I work with individuals of all ages who are experiencing challenges or losses, experiencing transitions and those who feel ready for change. I am passionate about creativity and human well-being. I believe we all have the ability to heal and grow.
I work collaboratively with clients to help them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their life experiences and their concerns. I focus on client's strengths and creativity to help deveIop resilience and coping skills. Art experience is not required for art therapy.
