Hello! I am a Clinical Associate at Prairie Psychology, working under the supervision of Dr. Darek Dawda (Ph.D., C.Psych.). I am a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manitoba. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal challenges.
I approach therapy in a collaborative manner and I aim to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences. Over time, clients can better understand themselves, and move towards their goals in a meaningful way. I use principles of client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and psychodynamic therapy in my work.
