I work with clients experiencing challenges with their day to day functioning, that may be a result of depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance use, grief/loss, and trauma. Whatever the concerns are that you face, you will be heard when you connect with me. We will work together to create meaningful goals to help you attain the lifestyle you are looking for. This will hopefully lead to improved functioning, and a renewed, positive view of self, capable of handling whatever challenges may come your way in the future.
I tend to lean on principles from the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework. Working together from the first session, we will create treatment goals and explain how I can help support them. Future sessions will focus on readjusting your relationship with your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and having them align with your newly created goals.
It can feel very isolating to be navigating challenging periods in your life on your own. Reaching out for support, is a major step in getting towards the life you want and deserve. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
