At Imagine we listen to your story and partner with you. We develop a holistic therapy plan together based on your goals. My expertise is in mental health, autism and ADHD. I particularly enjoy working with children and teens. I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy, sensory processing, nature-based therapy and the arts.
I believe that therapy should be warm, inviting and human. Treatment doesn’t need to be clinical for it to work. Therapy can be in the woods, over a laptop or in an office.
