With over 10 years of working with people experiencing chronic pain, anxiety and depression, I have created a safe, relaxed and non-judgmental space to find the life solutions you are seeking.
My role is to help you make sense of what is, to IMAGINE what could be and to support you in creating your path forward. I will focus on you and the innate wisdom you possess to IMAGINE the life you want to create for yourself. Services are offered in both French and English.
