I work with individuals 16 years old and older experiencing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, panic attacks, self-esteem, stress, and relational issues. I also help clients navigate through life transitions and personal challenges in order to develop healthy coping strategies.
As a counsellor, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space so that clients can feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions and thoughts. There is no "one size fits all" method therefore I tailor my therapeutic approach based on the client's unique individual needs and personal goals.
