As a therapist who has lived experience with C-PTSD myself, I often work with clients who are looking for support in unlearning some of the protective patterns that they developed in childhood that are no longer helpful to them in their adult lives. I can offer a level of understanding beyond being trauma-informed, as my personal history combined with my education in trauma can support you in gaining a deeper understanding of how your reactions make sense on a biological level and how we can tap into the mind-body connection to create new, healthier patterns so that the old ones may eventually fall away.

I take a very relational, human-to-human approach to therapy - meaning - I place a high value on our therapeutic rapport, and in creating a space where you feel safe to express yourself completely without any fear of judgement or repercussion. I am trained in Breathwork & Somatic Experiencing and often involve these modalities in my approach as well.
