Paws and families - Pet Loss Support
They are our family, and losing a pet means losing a family member. Paws and Families is a virtual eight-week group therapy program designed to support those grieving the loss of a pet. Whether you're struggling with a recent loss, grappling with anticipatory grief, or carrying the weight of a past goodbye, this 75-minute weekly group offers a safe and supportive community to explore your feelings, share stories and lessons your pet brought into your life, and learn coping mechanisms to navigate your grief.
