Coping with life challenges such as grief, relationship troubles, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, or simply a general lack of well-being, can feel overwhelming for all of us. As a licensed Psychotherapist experienced with varied clinical and solution-focused approaches, my first priority is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I then encourage those I work with to build on their inner strengths, explore adaptive strategies,integrate psycho spiritual resources and pursue their potential for personal growth.
My experience in managing nursing homes has left me with insight into the specific challenges and strategies which can help support adult children in navigating the life transitions of their aging parents. It also has given me a unique perspective on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
I offer a free telephone evaluation to ensure that clients are comfortable with the initial contact and that their therapeutic goals can be met. Individual sessions are mainly conducted via zoom or telephone. In the process of guiding others, I'm always amazed at the creativity of the human spirit in facing and overcoming life’s challenges.
