Counselling is a space for growth, stabilization, recovery, and healing – and while we all have the tools to maintain, improve, and stabilize our mental health – I believe that the best results can be achieved collaboratively. I can provide a supportive, non-judgemental space to help you access these tools. I specialize in caregiver support, perinatal support and life transitions.
I am a skilled and compassionate therapist with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. Through client-centered sessions I offer a practice that deeply focuses on a myriad of issues including anxiety, depression, and challenges with life transitions. I draw from a mix of modalities, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness and DBT.
