As a holistic counsellor and hypnotherapist I provide support to you for loss, life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief and depression. As each person is unique I am very interested in understanding the bigger picture of who you are, not just the issue. Together in counselling, hypnotherapy or both I will tailor an approach that it’s maximally effective and relevant for you. Hypnotherapy and breath work can be used to benefit those who have anxiety, stress and sleep issues.
I have worked for many years in Hospice, providing support to those transitioning through their grief. Loss isn't just death of a loved one, it is also experienced in changes in a family, environment home or work, loss of identity and feeling at cross roads.
As nature in itself is therapeutic, I offer Forest Counselling in the Upper Fraser Valley providing a relaxing environment, or I can offer online and face to face appointments, using Person Centred, CBT, Family Systems and Solution Focused therapy.
