Hi, my name is Kim Nelson. Have you noticed how life presents challenges in a multitude of ways? You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, post-pandemic issues, grief, or a critical illness diagnosis. If you would like to delve into the art of self-discovery: getting to know yourself well, let's connect. You can explore getting to know yourself through a number of therapeutic approaches: CBT, compassion, solution-focused or mindfulness or yoga. I would welcome the opportunity to journey through any difficulties you are currently facing with the hope of utilizing your strength from within to move forward in a positive way.
I have worked with diversified populations within the education system and have a wealth of knowledge about emotional struggles plaguing children, youth, and adults. I am a cancer survivor and welcome connecting with cancer patients/survivors to assist in your journey, whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or living life after cancer.
Hope and Strength From Within Counselling Services wishes to provide you with excellent care, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to problem-solve together to assist you in moving forward.
