My goal as a psychotherapist is to walk by your side as you explore issues that may be holding you back from feeling your best. I have a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and for 17 years, I have been supporting teens and adults of all ages. I have assisted individuals from diverse backgrounds, faiths, and cultures, and I would look forward to offering you a variety of modalities, such as CBT/DBT, mindfulness, solution focused, psychodynamic, and EFT.
Moreover, in our work together, I would want to assess and foster your own strengths and resilience and help you to find meaning in your life. I can offer care in English, Arabic, and Farsi and, I would be happy to help you work through any cultural stressors you may be feeling.
