My name is Holly, and for over 18 years I have been helping people step out of painful issues and confusion into lives that feel more peaceful and happy. I specialize in working with anxiety, self-criticism, communications and having a voice in relationships, and letting go of shame, loss, and past hurt and trauma. I work with adults of all ages, 18+.
