Our areas of specialty include the assessment and ongoing treatment of children (6 years and above), teens, adults and families who are experiencing a mental health concern. We offer both individual and family therapy to our patients. While we treat an array of clinical profiles, some of the most common issues we address include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, issues with communication/problem solving, bullying, conflicts with screen time/devices/video games, challenges coping with stress and hardship.
We offer family assessments as we believe that treating the child in the context of their families is of great benefit. These joint services are offered under one roof and allow for a seamless, respectful intervention.
We offer an inviting, caring space where clients feel respected and validated as they begin to share their story with us. We offer a relational approach to therapy which provides our clients with the comfort of non-judgment.
