I offer individual therapy services in French for teenagers (12+) and adults. My approach is integrative (psychodynamic, interpersonal, CBT, etc.) and will depend on your objectives and your needs.
What's important in my clinical work is the therapeutic alliance, the safe, non-judgmental space in which to work and explore tools adapted to your needs.
