Hello and welcome :) I specialize in working with folks who have experienced trauma, grief, and/or challenging family dynamics. I am an experienced Registered Clinical Counsellor accepting clients for online video therapy and telephone counselling throughout BC and limited in-person sessions in North Vancouver and West Kelowna.
I provide a caring and non-judgmental space in which you can experience in depth therapy to process pain or grief that perhaps needs attention and bring awareness and strategies to the present day so that you can live the life that you want.
