Asking for help is an act of bravery. I feel privileged to work with people who are addressing these challenges. I have helped families and children struggling with anxiety and anger outbursts, as well as issues around identity and family communication. I have been practicing for over a decade and I find that clients report appreciate getting a fresh perspective on these challenges.

I enjoy working with unique individuals who need an personalized approach. I find this make me a good fit for neurodiverse individuals, as well as for gender independent kids and their families. I offer therapy for individuals (aged 7 to adult), family therapy and parent coaching.
