Hi there, I specialize in helping clients with chronic diseases and their caregivers. My clients currently include both disabled and non-disabled people with anxiety, depression, OCD, BDD and addictions. In my practice, which is 100% virtual, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Humanistic Existentialism to help my clients. I am taking new clients and I can walk you through getting online with me for our virtual, or telephone, discreet and confidential session. I am fluent in German.
After a brief, free initial consultation we can discuss your needs and how I can help you. You will find me to be an open and empathetic counsellor who intuitively reads your energy fields while we are talking.
