I primarily practice through a lens of Narrative Therapy and lend from many other approaches, allowing me to support you in experiences with trauma, grief and loss, complex relationships, and exploring self-identity. I believe that our experiences shape our reality and having support in exploring those experiences can lead to empowerment.
