I believe that healing begins with acknowledgment, which involves two integrated parts: Part one is becoming aware of our pain, understanding why we do things, and recognizing how we often interpret our experiences. The other part is having our experiences validated by someone with whom we have established a safe, empathetic, and caring relationship.
I am passionate about bringing personalized approaches to my clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relationship challenges, parenting support, anger management, emotional regulation, life transitions, and depression.
