Some of the areas I help with are: perinatal mental health, infertility, grief and bereavement support and health related anxiety. I offer many different treatment modalities including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), hypnosis, talk therapy, CBT and more.
I am passionate about maternal mental health and have specialized training in perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International. I have extensive experience helping women navigate infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, perinatal mood disorders, all stages of parenting and those who are experiencing anxiety related to a health condition.
My services are available for in-person in Thunder Bay and virtually across all of Ontario.
