My name is Heather Astroff and I am a registered clinical social worker. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. have been a practicing clinician for over twenty-five years in healthcare and community based mental health settings. As a therapist, partner and mother of two, I understand the joys and struggles of keeping our complex lives in balance.
