Rebecca provides evidence-based therapy to adults, children, adolescents and their families experiencing an array of difficulties including: managing disruptive emotions, separation anxiety, social struggles, peer issues, self-esteem, navigating our mental health system and caregiver support. Rebecca has completed all 3 levels of foundational training with the Canadian Association of Play Therapy. She uses play and activity-based techniques that peak a child or teens interests.
Rebecca received her MSW in 2013 from WLU. Rebecca has been working in mental health since 2009 and comes with an abundance of clinical and professional experience including counselling children, youth and their caregivers, working within psychiatric units, working alongside clinical treatment teams, child protection services and school settings.
