I draw on a trauma-informed, strength-based counselling approach, offering evidence-based therapies for substance use, addictions, depression, anxiety, and bereavement. With training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, I provide effective treatment in addressing PTSD symptoms. I also offer couples therapy using Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
