Hello! I am a seasoned registered psychotherapist who is passionate about journeying with individuals, children, youth, and their families towards wholeness. I am committed to helping others overcome life's difficulties and pain, and provide compassion and a nonjudgmental safe space where you are truly accepted. My goals are to collaborate with you in order to recognize your strengths, build resilience, and live a fulfilling life. I also offer supervision to therapists and interns, and support them to be the best that they can be.
I am trained in CBT, DBT, Narrative, IFS, EFT, Attachment, Family Systems, and Solution Focused Therapy. I have an extensive background working alongside individuals, and families struggling with illness, grief, developmental, behavioural, emotional, relational, spiritual and mental health issues.
