I am inspired by the idea of supporting people on their journey to become the best version of themselves. With a background in Yoga, Holistic Health, and Counselling Psychology, I prioritize treating the entire person – mind, body and soul. I aim to cultivate a space where people come to learn, grow, feel supported, explore the good parts and the not-so-good parts of life, and ultimately feel connected to themselves and honour their individual needs. My desire to work as a therapist blossomed from my passion for connecting with others and holding compassion for another’s experience.
I take a client-centred, strengths-based, and integrative approach to therapy. Some therapeutic modalities I use are CBT, DBT, Somatic, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness, and EFT. I have experience working with anxiety/stress, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and self-esteem. You can expect an authentic, down-to-earth approach to therapy with me.
We all have a different story and a different struggle. Life can be tough, but it does not have to feel so heavy. You have everything you need and desire within you; it just takes a little bit of help to uncover it, which is why I am here—no matter what you need! I look forward to meeting you!
