My journey into perinatal mental health stems from my many years as a Registered Midwife in Alberta. Here I witnessed firsthand the complexities and nuances of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by new parents.
Specializing in supporting families through a range of perinatal experiences—fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. Additionally, I offer support to birth workers (nurses, doulas, midwives) experiencing burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue.
