I take a holistic approach to counselling therapy. I offer individual and couple's counselling for people struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, loss of identity, grief, etc.
I will provide a safe, confidential and respectful environment. Your therapy sessions with me will be a journey to discover who you are, what you want and what has gotten in the way of achieving your goals. We will work together to unpack the things that are bothering you, resolve distress, and move forward toward your goals with purpose and integrity.
