I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through life’s transitions and challenges. With a background in career counseling and mental health, I focus on working with individuals with ADHD and those who identify as neurodiverse—particularly those who may have come to this understanding of themselves later in life. My aim is to help clients recognize and embrace their unique strengths while developing effective strategies for areas that may feel overwhelming or impact self-confidence. I bring extensive experience with culturally diverse clients and am a dedicated LGBTQQ2S+ ally.
I bring a Person-Centred and Cultural/Relational lens to my practice while utilizing a variety of methods and techniques tailored to people’s needs, preferences and realities. I believe that we seek and find meaning and purpose through our relationship with ourselves, our families, and the sociocultural environment we live in.
During our initial session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. We will look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience then I will help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
