I work with teens/adults/families experiencing various relational & mental health challenges. My goal is to help you experience empowerment, vitality, and well-being. I am passionate about supporting 2SLGBTQ+ youth and adults, families, women, and survivors of intimate partner violence. My lens is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive.
I use narrative and acceptance and commitment therapy and also draw on emotion-focused family therapy, DBT, and attachment theory. With a playful, calm, and compassionate style, I create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences.
