Welcome! I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with specialized training in supporting those struggling with sexual trauma / violence, childhood trauma, PTSD, or sex and intimacy. I am also passionate about supporting individuals (14+), families (with children 12+), and couples overcome past traumas, as well as work through life and relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions. I have always appreciated building connections with people and believe in creating a safe and supportive environment to help people work through difficult experiences.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all model of therapy. I believe that in order to best assist you in healing, it is essential to first build a strong therapeutic relationship and explore your story. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems.

I believe that together we can address and work through your trauma, sex and intimacy changes/ challenges, life and relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, depression, or overwhelming emotions.
