As a first-generation immigrant, I have firsthand experience with the struggles and challenges of the BIPOC community. Drawing from a deep sense of empathy, acceptance, and humility, I employ various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, and others, tailor treatment to meet each client's unique needs.
